Yes, regular cakes & pastries available now in the shop,as well as drinks, can be delivered to your doorstep within one hour around almost all Dubai areas and within suburbs of Abu-Dhabi city. Our delivery is safe: all our drivers daily pass temperature checkup and take all required precautionary measures such as gloves, masks, sanitizers as required.
The goods are packed in a box & sealed by our employees who are daily hygienically checked as per Municipality standards and use all chemicals and tools required by Municipality to ensure its hygienic
Our driver can put a cake at the location where you say then to keep it (contactless delivery).
You can request to keep your customized order in any of our branches and collect it at the required time.
In case a driver delivered your order and upon receiving and checkup you found some fractures, please take a picture of the product and inform the driver and our call center at the same time.
The quality of our products and satisfied customers is our priority. We will take the cake and fix all defects and deliver back to you shortly. In some cases, it might be not possible due to your schedule or any other circumstances. In this case, in compensation and apology we will provide you with 25% compensation from the amount of the damaged product, that you can use for your next order.

The required time for customized cakes depends on how difficult the design is. We usually require at least 2 days in advance order. On public holidays and weekends, we usually experience a high number of customized orders, so we recommend you to place an order as in advance as possible. If you wish to place an order for Thursday- Friday we recommend you do it before Monday of the same week.
If you order a standard cake from our catalog, approximate weight in kg and an approximate number of portions are written on the cake name (e.g. “Honey cake” 1kg, 10-12 port.”) in most cases.
For customized cakes, every 0.5 kg of cake is approximately enough for 5 portions. The minimum weight for customized is 1.5 kg, i.e. for 12-15 portions.
Please note that despite other cake shops the real customized cake weight in Katrina is normally higher than the announced one.
To place an order and get a confirmation on your booking for a customized cake we require a 50% booking advanced payment. The rest 50% should be paid upon receiving.
Actual shelf-life depends on the type of sponge (honey sponge stays longer, millefeuille stays 1 day only) and cream, as well as decoration on top and storage conditions. Therefore best to consume them on the same day, or within 2 days from the date of baking.
Our products are made of natural and fresh high-quality ingredients. We do not use any preservatives to extend cakes shelf-life.
You can choose any standard cake, and we will impose a beautiful sugar ribbon with any inscription. Individual and elegant look.
Unfortunately, for custom-made cakes, we need at least 2 days to confirm a preliminary order for production (it depends on the design and loading of the central kitchen)
We provide a 10-15% discount to employees of governmental organizations (proof of employment is required to show in one of our branches), specifically to holders of ESAAD card, DEWA.
